L. Sterling Development & Finance develops residential subdivisions. Our housing projects are intelligent and produced higher quality houses than are generally found in competing subdivisions. Finley Crest, Sandy Forks Commons, Leesville Ridge and Leesville Hollow are our current North Raleigh subdivisions. Please see subdivisions link on left for further information. We are currently developing Holly Pointe subdivision in Holly Springs.
